There is a two-hour minimum charge of $142.50 per hour for the technician's time.
If a return trip is necessary, it will be quoted after the initial trip has been completed. These quotes will include the cost from the initial trip plus the cost of any necessary parts replacements, as well as labor for the repair. This ensures that you have a comprehensive understanding of the total cost of the repair before moving forward with any additional services.
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. A pay link will be sent with the final invoice for ease of payment, but ACH is also available if needed.

During a preventative maintenance visit, we will test the full functionality of your system, inspect it for any physical damage, clean displays, clean the equipment in the rack, and check for/ and perform any recommended manufacture updates. Our Service Maintenance contracts go beyond the installation and manufacturer’s warranty. An agreement tailored to your system will include preventive maintenance visits and on call support services. Ensuring we are there when you need us the most.
